Two proposed fee options
Available only after conflicts review, matter acceptance, and a signed engagement agreement. These proposed options are not an offer of automatic representation.
Standard
$750 initial legal fee per accepted account + 25% contingency on recovered amounts. No subscription.
The initial fee covers review of the account documents, an initial assessment, and preparation and delivery of one attorney demand letter when appropriate. Pre-litigation settlement communications are limited to the scope agreed in writing.
Priority Membership
$499/month + 20% contingency on recovered amounts. Includes initial review and demand work for up to three accepted qualifying accounts per monthly billing period, with no separate $750 initial fee for those included accounts.
For each included account: review of the contract, invoices, payment history, and supporting records; an initial assessment; and preparation and delivery of one attorney demand letter when appropriate. An account means one creditor claim against one debtor arising from a single business relationship. Multiple invoices may form one account.
Qualifying accounts are documented business debts of $30,000 or more within the firm’s authorized practice and agreed scope. Every account requires separate conflicts clearance and written acceptance. Consumer, personal, family, and household debts are excluded.
Priority means priority intake and scheduling for the included initial work, subject to capacity, professional duties, and deadlines. It does not promise immediate service, a fixed turnaround, or faster payment.

The membership is month-to-month and renews at $499 each monthly billing date until canceled. Up to three new accepted accounts are included per billing period; unused account slots do not roll over. Additional accounts, extensive factual or legal investigation, ongoing negotiations beyond the agreed scope, and other legal services require a separate written fee arrangement. Membership does not include unlimited legal advice.
Cancel renewal at any time by emailing ronald@rdllawgroup.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. You may terminate representation at any time; cancellation and termination are handled subject to professional obligations and the signed agreement. Treatment of pending accounts, work already performed, any later recovery, and any required refund will be addressed in that agreement. Fees are not described as nonrefundable; unearned or unreasonable fees will be refunded as required by applicable rules.
Pre-litigation first
We assess the available documents and legal issues, send an appropriate demand, and discuss available settlement options within the agreed scope. You decide whether to accept a settlement. No recovery, payment timing, or outcome is guaranteed.
Litigation is separately arranged. Lawsuits, court appearances, arbitration, appeals, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment enforcement, and related costs are outside these options. Any such work requires a separate written agreement and may involve other counsel. We do not promise to file suit or accept every matter.

Provide your business name, the debtor’s name, the approximate amount owed, and any upcoming deadline. Do not send confidential documents or sensitive case details until conflicts are cleared and representation is confirmed.
Important fee and representation information
The initial or monthly legal fee is additional to the contingency fee and may be payable even if no money is recovered, subject to applicable refund requirements. The signed engagement will specify the recovery calculation, treatment of direct payments and settlements, costs and expenses, whether expenses are deducted before or after calculating the contingency, and any expenses payable without recovery. No additional services or expenses will be incurred outside the agreed authorization.
All fees must be reasonable and are subject to the signed engagement and applicable law. Membership payment or a consultation request does not itself establish an attorney-client relationship or guarantee acceptance. Services are available only where the firm is authorized to practice.
